Ingredients 2 (1/4 Oz) Packages Dry Yeast
1/2 Cup Warm Water
6 Tablespoons Water, 6 Tablespoons Oil, 4 Teaspoons Baking Powder, Combined
1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 1/2 Cups Rice Flour
1 1/2 Cups Oat Flour
1 Cup Tapioca Flour
1/2 Cup SPEWD Free Margarine, Melted

Filling

2 Tablespoons Rice Flour
1/2 Cup SPEWD Free Margarine
3/4 Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1/2 Cup Raisins


Glaze

1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar
3 Tablespoons Rice Milk
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract 
Directions Preheat Oven To 400 Degrees. Dissolve Yeast In Water And Let Sit For Five Minutes. In Small Bowl, Beat Together Eggs, Sugar And Salt. Whisk Egg Mixture Into Yeast Mixture. Add Margarine And Mix Well. Add Flours One Cup At A Time, Mixing In Between Cups Until Smooth. Place Dough On Lightly Floured Surface. Roll Dough Into Large Rectangle. Spread With Margarine. Sprinkle With Brown Sugar, Cinnamon And Raisins. Roll And Press Dough Into A Cylinder. Cut Into 8 Portions. Place Rolls Into Greased 9 By 13 Inch Pan. Bake For 20 To 25 Minutes.
Combine Powdered Sugar, Rice Milk And Vanilla In A Small Bowl. Drizzle Over Cinnamon Rolls And Serve Warm.
