SPEWDfree - Mock Cracker Jacks (Peanut Free)

Ingredients 3 Quarts Of Plain, Popped, Popcorn
1 Cup Of Raisins
1/2 Cup SPEWD Free Margarine
2 Cups Brown Sugar
1/4 Cup Dark Corn Syrup
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
A Pinch Of Salt 
Directions Preheat Oven To 250 Degrees. Line A Cookie Sheet With Parchment Or Waxed Paper. Spray The Paper Lightly With Non-stick Cooking Oil.
Combine The Raisins And Popcorn In A Large Bowl. In A Medium Saucepan, Melt The SPEWD Free Margarine Over Medium Heat. Add Brown Sugar, Corn Syrup And Vanilla. Heat For Ten Minutes, Stirring Constantly. Pour The Syrup Over The Popcorn, Stir To Combine And Spread The Mixture Onto The Cookie Sheet. Bake For One Hour. Cool, Break Into Pieces And Enjoy!
